COMPASS is an interactive process of personal development built on biblical principles.  Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do.”  You were made on purpose and for purpose!  Through COMPASS, we will help you identify where you are now in your journey and begin to discover who God created you to be.  Understanding your unique design and experiences will help you make wise choices for your future.

The COMPASS experience uses two popular assessments and builds on the foundation of the book Finding Your Way by Dan Webster and Randy Gravitt.  It also incorporates key principles from other books and resources including Designing Your Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans.  

 

COMPASS is at the core of what we want to see happen through Cultivate... emerging adults beginning to take steps...moving forward in their life, faith, work, and dreaming of changing the world with passion and purpose!  We believe this generation is poised to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world and take on the toughest problems of the world like no generation previously!
