Cultivate, Inc. is a 501c3 tax exempt organization. It exists to foster community, growth, creativity, and purpose in emerging adults.

We live in a fast paced, technologically evolving, and radically changing world today. Those coming after us are literally “marching off the map” as they grow up in a time unprecedented in history.  Are the next generations poised for the challenges that lie ahead? Countless studies reveal that emerging adults are largely stuck in adolescence, exhibiting a type of “artificial maturity” but not prepared for adult life. They are often overwhelmed, overcorrected, overprotected, and over-served… yet they have many earmarks for success - creativity, energy, generosity, and adaptability.

Struggles with anxiety and depression are evident everywhere on school campuses. The growing surge of Naturalism and Relativism leaves many wondering "why am I here?"  Many are trying to figure life out without anyone older speaking into them and they are left to figure it out themselves. Distractions in life and an overwhelming number of options cause many to get stuck and become totally paralyzed in regard to taking their next steps.

Over a period of several years, we began to personally take note of this growing “stuck” problem in the young people around us. We knew we had to do something about it…
