our vision
We want to see emerging adults prepared for thriving adulthood!
our mission
To provide tools, relationships, and environments consistent with a biblical worldview that help emerging adults prepare for the challenges of life and adulthood in an ever changing world!
OUR VALUES
THESE CORE VALUES GUIDE EVERYTHING WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT.
LOVE
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” Love is the central mark of a disciple of Jesus. Love always translates into action. If we can’t get this right no one should even bother to listen to us.
(John 13:34-35 / 1 Cor 13 / 1 John)
COMMUNITY
Work Hard/Play Hard/Do Life/Be REAL. Authentic community is where all of the "one another" mandates of Scripture are fleshed out. We will not become fully self-aware or learn to truly love others apart from experiencing real community. Authentic community embraces truth and love at the same time.
(Heb 10:25 / Acts 2:42-47 / Gal 5:5-6)
AUTHENTICITY
Letting ourselves be truly known is essential to building true community with each other. Being real and admitting our struggles helps us overcome past failures, builds trust in others, and stimulates growth. Leaning into God's design for us leads to fulfillment.
(Rom 12:3-8 / John 21:12-22 / Matt 7:3-5 / 1Cor 12:12-20)
EXCELLENCE
Do the best you can with what you have, where you are right now, for the glory of God and leave the results to Him. Excellence should be defined by what we do compared to our realistic potential, not what we do compared to others.
(Col 3:17 / 1 Cor 10:31 / Phil 4:11-13)
TRUTH
The existence of truth is undeniable. Jesus made an exclusive truth claim to be uniquely the "Son of God" and He backed it up with His sacrificial death and resurrection. No truth in God's creation will contradict His revealed Word, The Bible, when properly understood in context.
(John 8:31-32 / John 17:17 / 2 Tim 3:16)
UNIQUENESS
People are made in the image of God and He has equipped His children uniquely to carry out His work. We need to come alongside others and help them discover how God has shaped them so they can grow fully into who God created them to be, not who we want them to be.
(Ps 139 / Rom 12 / Eph 2:10 / Eph 4 / 1 Cor 12)
FAITHFULNESS
God does not call us to pursue fame and fortune, rather He calls us to live in faithfulness regardless of our circumstances.
Many disciples of Jesus have paid the ultimate price throughout history to remain faithful to Him who died for us. We are called to be "all in".
(Heb 11 / Gal 6:9 / Matt 5-7 / John 15)
