The Cultivate Summer Adventure is a COMPASS retreat, which is an interactive process of personal development built on biblical principles. The foundation for a COMPASS retreat comes from Ephesians 2:10 which says, “For we are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do.” You were made on purpose and for purpose!
The COMPASS experience builds on the foundation of the book Finding Your Way by Dan Webster and Randy Gravitt and incorporates key principles from the book Designing Your Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans.
COMPASS is at the core of what we want to see happen through Cultivate - Emerging adults beginning to take steps...moving forward in their life, faith, work, and dream of changing the world with passion and purpose! We believe this generation is poised to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world and take on the toughest problems of the world like no generation previously!
